Located in southern New Hampshire, KNS Machining is a custom high speed CNC lathe and machining shop. Our machine shop utilizes high throughput CAD/CAM modeling software to ensure the part you want milled is the part you get.  KNS Machining has ability to mill your part even with complex 3D geometry that is many times impossible to program via hand in a machine.  We have multi axis machines, ability to engrave parts, serial numbers, and even laser mark parts.


KNS Machining runs small prototype jobs of 1 to 5 parts with production runs in the hundreds or thousands.  We have experience with a  wide selection of material choices including Aluminum 6061, 7075, Teflon, PFTE, Delrin, Acetal, brass, stainless steel, and more.  CNC milling and small rapid prototype runs.

 

With 3D modeling software, skilled machinists, and a high performance machine shop, KNS Machining can create the part that you need.  OUr CAD/CAM software and modeling help us get CNC milled parts up and running rapidly.  We have an extensive tooling library which we have invested in to be able to quickly process your CNC mill order.
